Your purpose:
Implementation of branding and marketing campaigns to create engagement and contribute to the success of Sales & Marketing efforts and bottom line
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- – To raise brand awareness and generate interest for Royal Plaza in the online space
- – Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, partnerships, online reputation management, email marketing and social media
- – Plan and execute brands’ social media campaigns to increase number of followers and build brand awareness and engagement via generated content, contests and campaigns, etc.
- – Get creative in content creation to increase online engagement. Content creation strategy will include video creation and editing
- – Manage content on official brandsites, booking engines and other online platforms in accordance to hotel’s corporate identity and ensure that information is updated
- – Assist to measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- – Copywriting for marketing campaigns including for collaterals development
- – Develop and foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner
- – To support the execution of the hotel’s marketing strategy, under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Manager
- – Assist in managing customer reviews consistently with the team with the use of hotel’s communication plans and channels
- – Assume the administrative role for the Marketing section to ensure that all contracts, purchase requests, agreements, voucher requisitions, barter arrangements etc. are documented and easily retrievable from the systems
Requirements:
- – Minimum 1 year practical experience in the areas of marketing, copywriting and advertising
- – Strong understanding of Internet marketing specifically online advertising and its interrelationship with social media, SEM and website development
- – Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards
- – An ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external clients
- – A demonstrated ability to project manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands
- – Self-motivated with proven ability to problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- – Excellent process-oriented organisational skills
