We are looking for someone who is creative, resourceful and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with at least 5 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, website development and content creation.
Your purpose:
Increase the hotel’s revenue by initiating programmes to drive profitability and occupancy, while enhancing guests’ engagement. Ensure that all communications are in line with brand positioning and strategic plans.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- – Execute a results-driven, multi-platform communication strategy reflecting our business priorities
- – Plan, develop and lead Annual Business and Marketing Plan
- – Execute and evaluate marketing and promotional campaigns
- – Work closely with local and international media to maximise exposure across online and offline platforms, enhance positive brand image and achieve publicity mileage goal
- – Source and maintain strategic partnerships to increase marketing reach and revenue
- – Generate demand and actively contribute to eCommerce activities
- – Plan and execute hotel’s promotions and digital campaigns and track exposure and performance to meet ROI and KPI goals
- – Plan and execute marketing projects, including SEO, database building and marketing, email, social media, GDS and corporate social responsibility
- – Work closely with marketing agency for SEM, display advertising, social media advertising and retargeting campaigns to maximise and increase revenue for promotions segment
- – Design, build, and maintain user experience on digital platforms for all owned brands
- – Manage online reputation management channels and communications and handle crisis management
- – Enhance online to offline customer journey
- – Be a brand ambassador of owned brands, work with all departments and drive ROI through all communication channels
- – Research market demand for the brands’ products and services
Requirements:
- – Online to offline e-commerce initiatives (and vice-versa) is a must
- – Track records of implementation of effective digital media strategies and campaigns, including social media, metasearch, SEO and SEM
- – An analytical and data-driven mind
- – Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise work assignments and deliver quality work on time and within budget
- – A team player with exceptional problem solving abilities and can do attitude
- – Agile and quick to adjust to new market developments and work situations
- – Impeccable organisation skills and attention to details
