- – Handling all inbound/ outbound calls
- – Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel
- – Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests’ requests
- – Follow up on telephone faults
Requirements:

- – Service Oriented
- – Part time/ Full time applications are welcomed, flexible work arrangements available
- – Individual should be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week
